The staff was friendly and accommodating. We did have a problem with the room we were given as there was cat urine smell. They were not able to move us until the next day, but the next day we were given a new upgraded room. I also asked about a discount, and they said we would have to go through Expedia since that’s who we booked through. I didn’t trust that, so I asked if they would refund our parking. They refunded that plus the resort fee. I was happy with this and felt they addressed our concerns. I do think they should update their carpets in the hallways and in the rooms.
We are at the restaurant and cafe. The hamburger and caesar salad were delicious!! The granola yogurt with fruit was okay. The yogurt was pretty tart but fruit was tasty and helped the tart taste.
Hot tub was fantastic and fitness center was a tad small but it got the job done. Overall, I would stay here again. The staff- front desk and valet-were great!!
